How to Set Up the Spam Blacklist

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Setup Spam Blacklist

The spam blacklist allows you to block specific email addresses or domains from booking time with your team. Blocked visitors will not be shown the calendar scheduler.

  1. Go to the Settings section of the app.

  2. Locate the Spam Blacklist feature.

  3. Add the specific email addresses (e.g., spammer@example.com) or entire domains (e.g., yahoo.com, hotmail.com) you want to block.

  4. Save your changes.

Usage

Once configured, any visitor who submits a form using a blacklisted email address or domain will not be shown the calendar scheduler. Instead, they will see the same message used to filter out bots, preventing them from booking time with your team.

This is an account-level setting, meaning it applies across your entire account rather than being limited to individual forms. Common use cases include:

  • Blocking specific repeat spam email addresses.

  • Blocking personal email domains (e.g., yahoo.com, hotmail.com, aol.com) to restrict bookings to business email addresses only.
